Domaine du Chat Blanc sits on five hectares of organic vines in the Comtat Venaissin, at the foot of Mont Ventoux — an 18th-century farmhouse restored by the Chatal family, and Bonbon, the family cat who lends this wine its name.
Nouveau Nez is light and easy-drinking, 100% Grenache, with a bright, luminous robe. Picked at night to keep things fresh, it opens with citrus and wild strawberry, finishing with a soft, rounded acidity.
